Like this! Last winter, one leaf lasted in a linden tree until March. It was amazing to see from the deck every day.
We keep hoping for winter...we have had no rain...so, the leaves kind of hang on and the new buds are confused. Thanks for your note..
Those buds need to wait a bit. We're still hoping for snow - it's been a poor year for snowpack in the mountains.
And, no rain for us at all. Last year we were at 150%, this year 10%. Hope the snow pack is better for you folks high in the Rockies.
